in the City of Capiz.
The Student of Hercor College are very talented and
educated, because they want to learn more, to learn something
new, or something interesting to know about!
They want to know more, like how to operate the computer,
what's the purpose of it, and how to make something enjoyable.
Not only for those computer science course, also for the other
courses, like HRM, EDUC, and etc.
